Qualified trust service provider for electronic signature – ADIC

The Centre for Prescribing Personal Documents under the Ministry of the Interior (hereinafter referred to as the “ADIC”) shall take over the certification activities from the Residents’ Register Service (hereinafter referred to as the “GRT”), which shall be liquidated as of 1 January 2016.
As of 1 January 2016, ADIC will draw up qualified certificates for electronic signature, to be entered on identity cards, civil servants’ certificates and internal service system officer’s certificates.
ADIC, as successor to GRT certification activities, will also be responsible for providing electronic signatures to users of electronic signatures of certificates (insert on identity cards and civil servants’ certificates) drawn up by GRT before 31 December 2015 to ensure verification of electronic signatures validated by these certificates.
The certificates used by ADIC to provide the OCSP service are available at http://www.nsc.vrm.lt/files/OCSP_ADIC_CA-A.crt.
All information related to ADIC certification services is available on the website www.nsc.vrm.lt.
An updated list of certification service providers comprising qualified certificates is available on the RRT website https://elektroninisparas.lt/kvalifikuoti-patikimumo-uztikrinimo-paslaugu-teikejai.
