Validation service for
electronic signature and seal

The e-signature and seal validation procedure verifies and confirms the validity of the electronic signature or seal.

A qualified validation service for qualified electronic signatures or seal provided by a qualified trust service provider is required to reliably verify the validity of qualified electronic signatures or seal for existing electronic documents and to obtain the provider’s confirmation.

With a qualified electronic signature or seal validation service, it is presumed that the validity of the qualified electronic signature or seal is reliably validated, the result of the validation procedure is correct and allows the relying party to identify any problems related to the security of the qualified electronic signature.

A qualified validation service can only be provided by a qualified trust service provider for qualified electronic signatures or seal.
